Karma 2:For the Love of Money

Karma 2: For the Love of Money
Karma 2: For the Love of Money is the continuation of Karma: With a Vengeance. So it may be wise for the reader to go out and get the first novel in order to follow along with this novel if the reader didn’t read the first novel. Although Karma went through hell and back in the first novel she eventually found love, the name of her love happened to be Money.
Karma and Money had been through it all. He was there for her when she was dealing with the death of her mother. And she was there for him to help raise his daughter Mimi that he had by a drug addict. Money had no clue what Karma would do to mend her own heart after her mother’s death. He knew that she was hurt by it, but he didn’t know the magnitude of her hurt and pain. But he stuck by her being her until he found out a secret that would be the death of their own relationship.
He found out the true identity of his own father, as well as the identity of his uncle that raised him and that he looked up to. Feeling lost and betrayed by those closest to him, his relationship with his mother, Karma, and his uncle had changed for the worse. Karma found herself in an unhealthy relationship like her mother had been. Unlike her mother she was able to leave the situation, and she was able to save herself and her own son. Likewise Money had found himself acting out and behaving like his own dad which was not a cycle that he wanted to repeat.
Money soon found himself going down a road of self-destruction. And Karma also found out that her family structure was not as strong as she thought that it was. And just like Money this sent her over the edge and down a road of self-destruction. Karma almost lost her only son because of money’s rage from being unhappy with himself. But through all of the craziness that they went through Karma still loved Money even though he loved her in a crazy way.
She eventually was able to rise above her circumstances and go on with her life with her son. She fulfilled her dream as well as her mom’s dream of running track in the Olympics and winning. Like so many individuals in the city of Newark, Karma made the best out of her situation because things could have gotten a lot messy and worse for her.
To find out about Karma’s family secret, Money’s family secret, and all of the drama that went on, order Karma 2: For the Love of Money on-line @ www.amazon.com or http://www.barnesandnoble.com/ .

Book Review : Karma: With a Vengeance

Karma: With a Vengeance

For those that are interested in realistic fiction this is an excellent read. Karma is a page turner that keeps the reader in suspense about what will happen next. The author does a great job at keeping the reader engaged in all of the drama that goes on throughout the novel. She creates a character that is real. Her life and her circumstances are like so many men and women no matter who they are or where they live. Many of the readers may be able to relate to Karma who is actually the main character of the novel
The author describes Karma as a young and attractive woman with a lot of potential and a lot going for herself. Karma is like so many young and attractive women in the city of Newark, NJ that faces trials and tribulations that are out of her control. Her mother was a victim of domestic violence, she had come from a broken home, she had lost the only man that she had truly loved, and she was living her life despite her circumstances.
She found herself in a very trying situation, and she handled it the best what that she knows how. Whether the way that she decided to handle her situation was right or wrong, she did what was in her heart. After seeing her other suffer from domestic violence, she had a vengeance to get even and she did. She didn’t like it when her mother was harmed from domestic violence, but she found no mercy in hurting another individual. Although this person deserved to be hurt, was it Karma’s place to make it her business to make sure that justice was served?

In the end she did find love, she had a child, and was looking forward to being married. On the other hand, she chose to look beyond the hurt and the pain that her mother experienced in her relationships and give love a try. But will she have the family that she never had? Find out by reading Karma 2: For the Love of Money.
